| Dr. Pearce
received his M. D. degree from the University of
Mississippi in 1961 and completed a Rotating Internship
at Duval Medical Center, Jacksonville, Florida in June
1962. Following internship, Dr. Pearce practiced General
Practice in Mississippi for five years. Dr. Pearce returned to Jacksonville for a Surgical Residency through the J.H.E.P/University of Florida Program, completing this residency in 1971. At that time Dr. Pearce established his private practice in Jacksonville at 3599 University Boulevard, South and has practiced at that address since 1971. Dr. Pearce practices General Surgery, including some of the laparoscopic general surgical procedures, and is certified by the American Board of Surgery and is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons. His principal hospital practice location is Columbia Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville. Dr. Pearce retired from practice in July, 1999.
